OBF Membership Referendum on Code of Conduct and Community Support Sponsorship
public referendum created by Hilmar Lapp
The OBF Board is putting two proposals in front of the membership for approval (or rejection). One is a Community Support Sponsorship grant programme (see https://www.open-bio.org/2021/05/11/obf-community-support-sponsorship/). The second is a code of conduct (COC) for its activities including meetings and member projects (see pull request https://github.com/OBF/obf-docs/pull/78 for the proposal). The OBF Board has resolved to accept the result as binding for whether to formally implement either, both, or neither of them.
